Ducted air conditioning consists of a simple one touch controller that keeps your home cool in summer and warm in winter. A ducted air conditioning system is powered by a compressor/condenser that is installed outside. The indoor unit can be conveniently installed in the ceiling or under the floor. The conditioned air is then distributed via ductwork which leads to vents or diffusers where the conditioned air then heats or cools the individual rooms. Ducted reverse cycle systems are the ultimate in home comfort and climate control.
We highly recommend installing ducted air conditioning if building a new home in Perth and South West Australia. They are the ultimate investment in household comfort and will add value to the property. In Broome and the Kimberley however, we generally recommend split or multi-split system air conditioning.
